ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are actively seeking a vibrant and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are a local family-owned, family-focused chiropractic wellness centre that has been in practice for 12+ years. We have two locations that are both within multi-business complexes, one is in Kingston’s west-end and the other on the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory. This role is primarily for our Kingston office, with the occasional coverage at our Shannonville office.

 

Job Description

Respond to inquiries via phone call and email

Schedule appointments

Take and track payments via debit, credit, cash, e-transfer

Manage payment plans

Prepare and track patient care plans in software

Maintain filing system

Help maintain general office tidiness

Opening and closing duties

Minimum requirements/Experience:

Highschool Diploma or GED.

Related experience preferred, but not necessary. Willing to train the right candidate.

Experience running social media a bonus!

 

Job Types: Part Time, Permanent (20-25 hours per week)

Hours are:

Monday: 1:30pm-6pm

Tuesday: 7:15am-11am, 2pm-6pm

Thursday: 2pm-6pm

Friday: 7am-11am

Hours may vary depending on clinic schedule.

 

Salary: $17/hour Negotiable based on experience.
