Who We Are
Our journey began with a vision to provide exceptional neurologically focused chiropractic care that goes beyond just pain relief. Over the years, we've grown into a trusted clinic, combining innovative techniques with a compassionate patient centred approach to wellness. Our commitment to helping patients achieve lasting health and mobility continues to drive everything we do. Together, we strive to create a community where healing and vitalistic care come first.

Dr. Rebecca Huddleston
Co-Founder / Chiropractor
Dr. Rebecca Huddleston attended New York Chiropractic College after completing her undergraduate studies at Queen’s University. After years of varsity athletics with the Queen's volleyball team and coaching provincial basketball becoming a chiropractor was the natural next step. Chiropractic care kept her on her game throughout her years at Queen's! Dr. Rebecca is thrilled to be leading a clinic dedicated to motherhood, children & families to her home community of Kingston & Tyendinaga Mohawk Reserve after having practiced in the beautiful rocky mountains of Alberta for several years. It was during her years practicing in Canmore that she started the deep dive of what comes intuitively to her - to be able to allow her body to do what it's designed to do. And so, she & Dr. Jason welcomed their first born at home with the assistance of midwives. It was a natural progression for her clinical focus to include pregnant bellies & tiny humans. Always curious & learning more ways to serve her practice, she is consistently taking a course or seminar to uplevel her knowledge & skills. She is a huge advocate for women's health & is doing her part in raising the standard of perinatal & pediatric care in our community. Her practice focuses on prenatal care, postnatal care and recovery as well as chiropractic care for infants and children. She has completed the ICPA post-graduate pediatric program as well as many other courses focused on women’s health, pregnant bellies and pediatrics. Dr. Rebecca utilizes multiple techniques including Diversified, Thompson Drop, Activator & ArthroStim. She is also certified in the Webster technique (for pregnant women), the PIPS (pediatric intraoral palate specific) technique (to assess tongue ties in little ones) & Shift Concussion Management. When away from the office, you can find Dr. Rebecca spending time with her hubby, Dr. Jason & their three children, Sidney, Cooper & Tristan – in the pool, on a paddleboard or road tripping to their next adventure. And you'll definitely run into Dr. Rebecca & Dr. Jason at Le Nordique Spa - they both practice what they preach!
Dr. Jason Young
Co-Founder / Chiropractor
Good day! I graduated honours from New York Chiropractic College in 2006, after which Becca and I started our first practice in Canmore Alberta. A couple years after having our first child we moved to Kingston in the summer of 2010 so we could be closer to family. We started practicing in Kingston that summer and the summer of 2011 we started our practice in Shannonville on the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory where my mother is from. I used to spend summers as a boy on Tyendinaga with my uncles. Over the years our practices have continued to evolve. We started out focusing on Olympians and elite level athletes, then we got more into corrective care and spinal correction. Just over ten years ago Roberto Monaco asked me what my favourite part of practice was; I answered -bellies and babies. I came home from that weekend and started changing the focus of our practice. Becca and I started dedicating our continued learning to focus around prenatal and pediatric care. We got certified by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP) through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association in 2022. That's why you'll notice we are a family based wellness centre. We love seeing all family members in our practice. It's never too early to start caring for you or your family. I look forward to meeting you!

Clorissa
Tech CA Dynamo
As the Tech CA at the clinic, I play a dynamic role in supporting both patient care and clinic operations. My responsibilities include conducting examinations, uploading x-rays, and recording detailed notes, as well as serving as the Shockwave and Cold Laser practitioner—two powerful modalities of healing. In addition, I lead the administrative side of things, handling everything from inventory and bookkeeping to event planning. I was drawn to the clinic during a time when I was looking for a fresh start, and after speaking with Dr. Jason and Rebecca, I knew I had found a place that aligned with my values and love for people-centered care. Chiropractic care has also made a personal impact on my life—before I started receiving regular adjustments, I constantly felt drained, but now I have more energy and feel truly refreshed. What I love most about my job is the people—getting to know our patients, sharing laughs, and working with a team that feels like family. I aim to make every patient feel at home, whether it’s through a friendly chat, a good laugh, or simply helping them feel more at ease. Guided by warmth, authenticity, and a touch of humor, I believe in creating an uplifting experience for everyone who walks through our doors. A favorite quote that resonates with me is, “Not all those who wander are lost,” and I live by the motto: Laugh often.
Emma
Chief Happiness Officer
After returning from maternity leave, I’m back at both the Kingston and Shannonville locations as the Office Manager at ForeverYoung. My role includes overseeing the flow of the office, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and helping set up payment plans to ensure a smooth experience for our patients. I was first drawn to ForeverYoung over ten years ago after hearing about an opportunity to join the team. After meeting Dr. Rebecca and Dr. Jason and learning about the clinic’s mission and values, I knew it was a perfect fit. I’ve personally experienced the benefits of chiropractic care—before I began regular care, I frequently suffered from strep throat, but since starting, those episodes have become rare. What I love most about working here is seeing generations of families come through our doors and being a part of their wellness journey, from babies to great-grandparents. I’m guided by the values of family, compassion, and authenticity, and I strive to ensure that every patient feels seen, heard, and truly welcomed.
