Dr. Rebecca Huddleston

Co-Founder / Chiropractor

Dr. Rebecca Huddleston attended New York Chiropractic College after completing her undergraduate studies at Queen’s University. After years of varsity athletics with the Queen's volleyball team and coaching provincial basketball becoming a chiropractor was the natural next step. Chiropractic care kept her on her game throughout her years at Queen's! Dr. Rebecca is thrilled to be leading a clinic dedicated to motherhood, children & families in her home community of Kingston & Tyendinaga Mohawk Reserve after having practiced in the beautiful rocky mountains of Alberta for several years. It was during her years practicing in Canmore that she started the deep dive of what comes intuitively to her - to be able to allow her body to do what it's designed to do. And so, she & Dr. Jason welcomed their first born at home with the assistance of midwives. It was a natural progression for her clinical focus to include pregnant bellies & tiny humans. Always curious & learning more ways to serve her practice, she is consistently taking a course or seminar to uplevel her knowledge & skills. She is a huge advocate for women's health & is doing her part in raising the standard of perinatal & pediatric care in our community. Her practice focuses on prenatal care, postnatal care and recovery as well as chiropractic care for infants and children. She has completed the ICPA post-graduate pediatric program as well as many other courses focused on women’s health, pregnant bellies and pediatrics. Dr. Rebecca utilizes multiple techniques including Diversified, Thompson Drop, Activator & ArthroStim. She is also certified in the Webster technique (for pregnant women), Certified by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP), the PIPS (pediatric intraoral palate specific) technique (to assess tongue ties in little ones), Upledger and Martin Rosen Cranial certifications & Shift Concussion Management. She is a member of the Alliance For Chiropractic, Canadian National Alliance for Chiropractic, Ontario Chiropractic Association, Canadian Chiropractic Association and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. When away from the office, you can find Dr. Rebecca spending time with her hubby, Dr. Jason & their three children, Sidney, Cooper & Tristan – in the pool, on a paddleboard or road tripping to their next adventure. And you'll definitely run into Dr. Rebecca & Dr. Jason at Le Nordique Spa - they both practice what they preach!

Dr. Jason Young

Co-Founder / Chiropractor

I graduated with honours from New York Chiropractic College in 2006, and shortly after, my wife, Dr. Rebecca Huddleston, and I opened our first chiropractic practice in Canmore, Alberta. From the very beginning, our vision was simple — to help families live healthier, more connected lives through neurologically-focused chiropractic care. After welcoming our first child, we felt called to move closer to family. In 2010, we returned to Eastern Ontario and established our Kingston practice. In 2011, we proudly expanded to Shannonville on the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory — a meaningful return to my roots, where I spent many childhood summers with my uncles and extended family. As a member of the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte, I am deeply proud to serve Indigenous families and provide care within the community that helped shape who I am. My clinical focus has evolved alongside my growing family and passion for hands-on wellness care. Early in my career, I had the privilege of working with Olympians and elite-level athletes, followed by advanced training in corrective care and spinal health. However, more than 15 years ago, a simple question helped shape the future of our practice: "What is your favourite part of practice?" My answer was immediate: “Bellies and babies.” From that moment forward, my wife Dr. Rebecca and I shifted our continued education and clinical focus toward prenatal, pediatric, and family wellness care. In 2022, we both earned our Certification by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP) through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), strengthening our expertise in caring for expecting mothers, infants, and growing families. I am also passionate about supporting Indigenous health and advancing collaborative chiropractic care. I currently serve as: • Board of Director — Kenhtè Midwives • Member — Indigenous Chiropractic Council • Member — Canadian National Alliance for Chiropractic • Member — Alliance for Chiropractic • Member — International Chiropractic Pediatric Association • Member — Ontario Chiropractic Association • Member — Canadian Chiropractic Association These roles reflect my commitment to collaborative, culturally respectful, and family-centered neurologically focused healthcare for the communities we serve. Outside the clinic, my greatest joy is time with my family. I love traveling and road trips with my wife and our three amazing kids, exploring new places, and creating lifelong memories together. You’ll often find me hiking, mountain biking, skiing, or paddle boarding — anything that gets us outside and moving. Even playing basketball or tossing the football at the park. I also value slower moments, whether that’s relaxing at Nordic Spa or Ste. Anne’s with my wife and friends, or enjoying game nights at home filled with laughter and friendly competition. Today, ForeverYoung Chiropractic is a neurologically focused family-centered wellness practice where patients of all ages — from newborns to grandparents — are welcomed and cared for with intention and compassion. As a member of the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte, I am especially proud to support Indigenous families and help create a welcoming space for community-based care.

Dr. Morgan Rogers

Chiropractor

Dr. Morgan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Acadia University in 2022 before completing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Northeast College of Health Sciences, graduating in March 2026. She has a strong interest in prenatal and pediatric care, as well as supporting the health and wellness of the entire family. Dr. Morgan is certified in the Webster Technique and has additional training in acupuncture and dry needling, allowing her to provide a well-rounded and individualized approach to patient care. Originally from Nova Scotia, Dr. Morgan grew up playing a variety of sports and later played rugby during her time at the University of Ottawa and Acadia University. Through her years in athletics, she developed a strong appreciation for movement, performance, and the impact injuries can have on daily life, which continues to shape her approach to patient care. Dr. Morgan strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel heard and understood. Her goal is to empower each patient to pursue the activities they love and improve their quality of life through dedicated chiropractic care. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys working out, reading, hiking, spending time outdoors, and being with friends and family.

Clorissa

Tech CA Dynamo

As the Tech CA at the clinic, I play a dynamic role in supporting both patient care and clinic operations. My responsibilities include conducting examinations, uploading x-rays, and recording detailed notes, as well as serving as the Shockwave and Cold Laser practitioner—two powerful modalities of healing. In addition, I lead the administrative side of things, handling everything from inventory and bookkeeping to event planning. I was drawn to the clinic during a time when I was looking for a fresh start, and after speaking with Dr. Jason and Rebecca, I knew I had found a place that aligned with my values and love for people-centered care. Chiropractic care has also made a personal impact on my life—before I started receiving regular adjustments, I constantly felt drained, but now I have more energy and feel truly refreshed. What I love most about my job is the people—getting to know our patients, sharing laughs, and working with a team that feels like family. I aim to make every patient feel at home, whether it’s through a friendly chat, a good laugh, or simply helping them feel more at ease. Guided by warmth, authenticity, and a touch of humor, I believe in creating an uplifting experience for everyone who walks through our doors. A favorite quote that resonates with me is, “Not all those who wander are lost,” and I live by the motto: Laugh often.

Chaos Coordinator

The environment at ForeverYoung is the best kind of chaos. Kids, parents, pregnant bellies, teens, grandparents and more all coming to put their bodies first! This beautiful chaos demands a little coordination and that is where I come in. In Emma’s absence, I make sure things run smoothly by overseeing the flow of the office, checking out patients, booking appointments and exams, creating and managing plans all to keep you on track and feeling your best self! I’ve been a part of the team for a few years now and just came back after having my third baby girl. Not only do I love what Dr Jason and Dr Rebecca do for our community, but I thrive because of their chiropractic care as well.   I have a background in infant development and early childhood education as well as lactation and postpartum care, which draws me heavily to this family environment. I believe in showing up with a smile, listening to your story, and being as helpful as I can be!

Emma

Chief Happiness Officer - On Maternity Leave

After returning from maternity leave, I’m back at both the Kingston and Shannonville locations as the Office Manager at ForeverYoung. My role includes overseeing the flow of the office, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and helping set up payment plans to ensure a smooth experience for our patients. I was first drawn to ForeverYoung over ten years ago after hearing about an opportunity to join the team. After meeting Dr. Rebecca and Dr. Jason and learning about the clinic’s mission and values, I knew it was a perfect fit. I’ve personally experienced the benefits of chiropractic care—before I began regular care, I frequently suffered from strep throat, but since starting, those episodes have become rare. What I love most about working here is seeing generations of families come through our doors and being a part of their wellness journey, from babies to great-grandparents. I’m guided by the values of family, compassion, and authenticity, and I strive to ensure that every patient feels seen, heard, and truly welcomed.
